CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Dozer Operator for a FIFO role from Darwin, NT. We are seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join our team on a civil construction project working a 20/8 dayshift roster. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators with GPS/Trimble experience who can work independently across a variety of earthmoving and trimming activities in a fast-paced environment. FIFO role, with flights covered from Darwin only. About the Role: In this role, you will operate D6–D10 dozers across a range of civil earthworks tasks including clearing and grubbing, ripping and stacking material, trimming CCL, trimming rock, mixing CCL, and completing Trimble GPS final trim works. You will be required to follow designs and drawings, complete work to specification, and transition between tasks with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have experience working on batters and within civil construction environments, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Operate D6–D10 dozers across various civil construction activities. Complete clearing and grubbing, ripping and stacking material, and mixing CCL. Perform trimming works including CCL trimming and rock trimming to specification. Follow site designs, plans, and drawings to achieve project requirements. Work safely on batters and transition between tasks as directed by supervisors. Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience operating dozers within a civil construction environment. Proven GPS/Trimble machine control experience. Experience operating D6–D10 size dozers. Ability to read and interpret civil designs and drawings and work with minimal supervision. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical / D&A screening Valid Australian Drivers Licence. Dozer RII Skid Steer RII and Posi-Track experience highly regarded.
